    Five weekdays, zero weekend noise

A Monday-to-Friday timetable is the most-used schedule shape there is. Why force a 7-day grid when you only plan 5?

    Five clean weekday columns

Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri โ€” each gets full width on the page. No tiny squeezed columns trying to fit Saturday and Sunday you'll never use.

    Default 9โ€“5, easy to change

Starts at 09:00, ends at 17:00. Bump it earlier for school (07:30) or later for evening work (18:00โ€“22:00). Hourly, half-hourly, or 15-minute slots.

Works for work, school, or study

Office hours, class periods, study sessions, client meetings โ€” same template, different content. Five-day rhythms cover most planning needs.

    Build in lunch and breaks

Add a 12:00โ€“13:00 lunch row, a 10:30 coffee break, an afternoon focus block. Weekday templates without break time are useless.

Easy to share with a team or class

Export to PDF or PNG and send. Five-day schedules read fast โ€” no scrolling, no zooming, no confusion about whether weekends apply.

    Print-ready landscape and portrait

Both A4 and US Letter, both orientations. The five-column grid stays readable in either layout.

    When a Monday-to-Friday timetable beats a 7-day one

    Build a school week schedule

Five days of subjects with clean periods. Add break and lunch rows so the weekly view actually matches the school day.

    Plan office hours and meetings

Block out focus time, recurring meetings, lunch, and end-of-day review. A weekday-only view stops you from accidentally scheduling Saturday calls.

    Run a five-day study sprint

Exam crunch weeks where weekends are wildcards. Five-day grid keeps the structured study sessions visually separate from flexible weekend revision.

    Design a Monday-to-Friday workout split

Five training days with weekends as full rest. The weekday template makes the split obvious and easier to stick to.

Schedule a clinic, salon, or retail rota

Operations that genuinely close on weekends. Mon-Fri templates avoid printing two columns of empty grey boxes for Sat and Sun.

    Plan a freelance week

Client blocks Monday to Thursday, admin and deep work Friday, weekend protected. A weekday template enforces the boundary visually.

How to make a Monday to Friday timetable

The template defaults to weekdays only. You'll be done in under five minutes.

    1

    Open the Mon-Fri template

Click the primary button. Saturday and Sunday are off by default โ€” only the five weekdays render.

    2

    Set your hours

Default is 09:00 to 17:00. Change the start and end time and slot interval to match your day (school, shift, study, etc.).

    3

    Add your activities

Fill cells with subjects, meetings, study blocks, or shifts. Add a dedicated lunch row and a focus or break row to make the day realistic.

    4

    Export and share

Export to PDF for printing, PNG for digital. The five-column layout reads clearly in both formats.

    Frequently asked questions

Does the Monday-to-Friday template hide Saturday and Sunday?

Yes. The template starts with weekends deselected, so the grid only shows Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri. You can re-enable weekends from the day selector if you change your mind.

Can I switch to a 4-day week (Mon to Thu)?

Yes. Toggle Friday off and the grid shows a four-day weekday view. Useful for compressed schedules and hybrid setups.

What times does the Mon-Fri timetable cover by default?

09:00 to 17:00 with one-hour slots. Change to 07:00โ€“15:00 for school, 18:00โ€“22:00 for evening shifts, or any other range. The grid resizes accordingly.

Can I add lunch and break rows?

Yes. Add a 12:00โ€“13:00 lunch event across all five days, or use the break-time setting to mark non-class periods automatically.

Will the Monday-to-Friday timetable fit on one printed page?

Yes. Five weekday columns and an 8-hour day fit cleanly on A4 or US Letter. Stretch the time range if you want a taller grid.

    Is this template free?

Yes. No sign-up, no watermark, no email capture. Free forever.
