Does it handle rotating shift patterns (2-2-3, 4-on-4-off, etc.)?
Yes. Use the recurring events feature to define a repeating pattern across days, then color-code each crew. The grid renders the pattern across as many weeks as you need.
Can I build a 24-hour coverage schedule?
Yes. Set the time range to 00:00–23:59 (or use the 24 hour template) and split into 8-hour, 12-hour, or custom shift blocks.
How many employees can I add?
As many as fit on a printable page — usually 8–15 rows for a clean A4 print, more if you scale to A3 or split into two pages.
Can I share the shift schedule with my staff?
Yes. Export PDF for printing or PNG for chat groups (WhatsApp, Slack, etc.). Staff don't need an account or app.
Does this replace dedicated shift-management software?
